Well, since p90x kicked my ass I'm stepping down to Gillian Michaels 30 day shred to see how that goes.
Pending my dr's thoughts at the end of this week I will also be giving the hcg diet a shot. Hopefully it will all prove to be interesting rather than depressing because depressing is where I've been for quite some time now and not only am I seeing a therapist once a week now I'm also working on my energy level and eating habits in hopes that I will be able to change the lack of discipline in my life.
I had an awesome girls night with one of my bff's. I think those should be mandatory: kinda like wearing clothes to work (altho depending on where you work, I guess....) BFF nights should be mandatory at a rate of 1 weekend per month, at the very least.
I have a lot more I want to blubber on about but I since this is in my first shot at blogging I'm going to keep it short and see how this goes for a while.
